Information will be used to understand family needs, respond to enquiries, consider offers of support and help shape future plans. It will not be used to diagnose or provide medical advice.

Lawful use, storage and sharing

Before online collection is activated, this policy will be updated with Ruby’s Voice’s lawful basis, secure storage arrangements, retention periods, service providers and any necessary sharing details.

Your choices and rights

The final policy will explain how to request access, correction or deletion, how to withdraw consent where it applies, and how to raise a concern.

Children’s information

We aim to collect only the minimum information needed. Forms are intended for parents, carers and adults offering support, and do not ask children to submit information directly.
